Dear bloggers at Dochas Network,
I have been following your blog and just now seen your tweet to our There You Go! book. I was wondering if you’d like to post the book or write a little something about it on your blog? We’ve been using it extensively to simply communicate what is wrong with imposing external notions of development on indigenous communities. We’ve had some strongly positive feedback – Mary Robinson, for example, said: ‘”Oren Ginzburg’s little book contains the big message that we must avoid the arrogance of presuming to know what’s best for those whose voices are not heard in global debates. It reminds us of our shared responsibility to see to it that all people are active participants in shaping the decisions that impact their lives. Only then can we hope to see real development.’”

If you’d like to embed There You Go! to your blog, please scroll down this page where you will find simple instructions: http://www.survivalinternational.org/actnow/supporterresource
I’d also be happy to send you a complimentary copy of There You Go! by post.
Your assistance with conveying this all important message would be greatly appreciated.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind Regards,
Katrin
